Many of our customers are increasingly interested
in doing business with companies that are conscious
of environmental issues and provide good, healthy
food.
For those to whom these issues are important we want
you to know that we make every effort to tread lightly,
be good stewards of the environment and run a socially
conscious business through the following ongoing efforts:
- We pride ourselves on using the best, freshest ingredients possible to make
delicious and healthy food. Raw ingredients for the foods we prepare are purchased
from local sources and suppliers whenever possible and are trans-fat free.
- We recycle and reuse
packaging and shipping materials. We carefully
pack and ship your purchases anywhere in the world.

- Products sold in our retail shops are sourced from fair trade suppliers whenever
possible. We try to make sure our products are well made and that everyone who
adds value to these products receives appropriate compensation.
- Some of our cosmetics and body care products are organic.
- We recycle everything we can including, but not limited
to, bottles, cans, paper and cardboard.
- We avoid harsh chemicals, and in their place we use
certified effective “green” soaps and disinfectants
wherever we can throughout Liberty Square.
